Plan up to 1.5 years ahead. Lock in your trip dates up to 18 months in advance.
Trips expire automatically. If no date is locked, trips expire after 6 months. Once dates are set, the trip expires 1 month after the end date.
Dates are permanent once locked. Make sure your group is happy before confirming — locked dates cannot be changed.
